Property History Report

The Property History Report provides the event history of a property. This report combines information from the Property Title Transaction Report, Property Sales Report and Property Valuation Report.
An event can be characterised as the sale and purchase of a property, change of ownership, valuations, changes to the property title, lease information, mortgage transfers, and whether there are any interests or memorials lodged against a property.
The Property History Report will also give summary information on the property to include the building age and condition, floor and land areas.
