Why do I need to set up an Account?


In order to access certain reports within Terranet and be able to use the full range of search options, CoreLogic requires you to create an account with us. Setting up an account also makes the process much easier for the next time you visit, as the system will remember key personal details for you.

Initially all you need to do is record your name, email address and password. You also have the option of storing your credit card details and postal address details once you have registered.

Registering with Terranet is quick and easy. The online registration system consists of only a couple of simple steps, and then your registration is complete.

To set up an account you need to decide whether you want to be a Pay-as-you-go User or a Corporate User. Please read below to determine which account plan will best suit your requirements. You can always change from Pay-as-you-go to being a Corporate User later, although certain other terms and conditions will apply.

Am I a Pay-as-you-go User?


Free registration — No monthly fees — Immediate access

Pay-as-you-go is designed predominantly for low volume, one-off, or infrequent users of Terranet wishing to pay by credit card. You will be provided with a shopping basket in which to store your items. Your card details will only be required once you decide to purchase a report or order a document. There are no registration or monthly fees, and there is no obligation to purchase.

To create an account, simply enter your name and email address in the spaces provided below, and tick that you agree to our terms and conditions. For Pay-as-you-go customers we require you to use your email address as your username, as it is unique and easy to remember.

Your email address will be used to send you any reports and documents once purchased – so please make sure that it is correct. You will be sent an email to confirm your email address as part of our verification process.

Am I a Corporate User?


This option is designed for larger clients who plan to spend $100.00 or more per month. It suits corporate clients who need to research a number of properties on a regular basis. It also suits corporate clients who have multiple users and who want to track their own internal usage, as well as the usage for their clients.

If you think that you qualify for a corporate account then you can complete registration to become a corporate user via the link below. Please enter all of the required information into the appropriate fields.

Your account will be accepted only after our verification and credit approval process is complete. Once CoreLogic has approved your corporate account, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been enabled, and be provided with your unique username and password.

The customer application can take up to 10 days so please use the Pay-as-you-go registration option in the interim for immediate access. If you have any questions please call our friendly customer service team on 0508 483 772 during normal business hours.

Corporate clients will be invoiced monthly for any reports or legal documents purchased. Payment of your account is required by direct debit on the 20th of the month following the invoice date. An in-depth record of the transactions for all users can be obtained directly from the Account History area of the website.

Please note that corporate users will incur a minimum charge of $50.00 plus GST per calendar month, unless their usage for that month is nil. E.g. if as a corporate user, you only purchases a few reports in a month and the combined value of those reports comes to less than $50 then you will be charged a minimum purchase fee of $50 (plus GST). If, however, your usage for the month is nil then you will not be charged the minimum fee.
