Terms and Conditions of the Competition

1. This competition is only open to those customers that create a new account after midday on the 1st July 2010 and before midday on the 31^st August 2010 and who have, using this account, purchased a property report or legal document from Terranet before the close off date of midday on the 31^st August 2010.
2. A new account customer is defined as either a Pay-as-you-go user paying by credit/debit card, or a Corporate user setting up an account with Terralink.
3. By creating an account you enter into the draw once, regardless of how many users there are using the account. Participants must be aged 18 years of age and older to be eligible to enter.
4. Six winners will be drawn at random from all the newly created accounts within the time frame specified. The prize draw will be made under Police supervision in the week of 6^th September 2010 and the winners will be notified via email. Winners will be required to provide proper identification (e.g. drivers licence, passport or birth certificate) at the time of claiming the prize. Winners grant to Terralink exclusive permission to use their names and photographs, if applicable for the purpose of announcing the winners to all entrants within the Terranet website, and for any future promotion or marketing purposes, and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
5. The voucher prizes will be in the form of a cheque.
6. Prize: 6 x NZ$1,000 vouchers. There is no other prize element. Prizes are non transferable.
7. Open to New Zealand Residents only.
8. Current Terranet customers, employees of Terralink and their families are not eligible to enter.
9. These rules are in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of the use of Terranet.
